For foods high in proteins, fats and moisture, i.e. beef, poultry, seafood and eggs use Maruchi’s food grade stainless bowl. Unlike stainless, proteins tend to cling onto glass Using the stainless bowl ensures an even chop or dice during the mixing cycle.
For grains, starches, sugars, carbohydrates, and fibres, use the toughened glass bowl. It helps create that perfect salad, berry blend or vegetable chop into cauliflower rice.

How long do the
blades last and can I buy replacements?

The toughened glass
bowl is both. Stainless bowl is dishwasher safe.

How long can i chop or dice for at any time?
Use the chopper for up to 20 seconds at any one interval before a short rest. Then resume and repeat if required. Average mix time is usually under 10 seconds.
